Arrival Information

Guests will receive a welcome email up to 30 days in advance of stay, that includes Homechex and owner contact information, access information, and driving directions from the Kona airport. Guests will be contacted on the day of arrival with check-in information (4:00 PM check-in). After-hours access instructions, including gate codes and key access, will also be provided.

Personnel will communicate with guests before 5:00 p.m. to give a general, verbal tour of the property, community and/or resort amenities, appliance use instructions and any other special instructions to property. Host will be available for general questions regarding the same issues during your stay during normal business hours.

For after-hours arrivals (after 5:00 p.m.), the property will be ready with lights on. Access information will be included in the welcome email.

Payment and Cancellation

Cleaning Fee is $580.00, No damage Deposit

You may cancel for free until 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation.
