The Villa

This spacious villa sleeps up to 7 people. It features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, providing ample space for guests.

The main-floor master suite boasts a king-size bed, a full master bath with a large jacuzzi-style tub, and access to the lanai.

The second floor includes 2 guest bedrooms with 1 king-size, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed, and a private guest bathroom with tub and shower.

The living area has a large, comfortable sectional sofa and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and top-quality finishes. The large dining table seats up to 6 people.

The expansive covered lanai is equipped with comfortable seating, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

The villa includes an attached single-car garage, a full-size washer and dryer, and is fully air-conditioned (though the cool breezes are often sufficient).

The Community

The Fairways at Mauna Lani community includes many amenities including a pool with waterfall, heated spa, children’s pool, an entertainment pavilion, and a fitness center. Guests at the Fairways have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay, which provides swimming and snorkeling, a restaurant, cabanas, and showers.

The Auberge’s Racquet and Fitness Center is a fitness facility located just across from the Fairways and features 6-tennis pickle ball courts, a lap pool, fitness classes, yoga, and swim instruction.

Take advantage of the Historical Park and Trail that leads to the ancient fishponds. The Petroglyph Park at Holoholo Kai Park offers a rare historical glimpse into ancient history.

The villa is located on the North Francis I’I Brown golf course, just steps from The Shops at Mauna Lani, Auberge, and the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. Fairways at Mauna Lani 402 sits along the 4th Fairway of the North Course, with no rear neighbors and exceptional privacy.

“This is the second time we have stayed at this location (first time was a different unit in the same building). What a great location! It comes with private beach access and is centrally located. The property is pristine and the unit we rented was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a 2 year old (he had his own bedroom). The unit was nicely decorated, comfy beds/pillows, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, and bikes. I requested a crib and high chair and initially there was no high chair but the owner made sure we had one which was much appreciated. We had no issues checking in/checking out and the property manager made sure we were taken care of. We ran out of laundry detergent, so she dropped some off. Didn’t expect that, but certainly appreciated. Not only did we rent this unit, but we also rented a second unit in the same building for our large family. Definitely one of our favorite rentals – Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!”

“Great Condo in a very nice quiet location. We spent a week with our adult children and their spouses. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Fully stocked items down to spare batteries in the laundry room for a smoke detector that started beeping while we were there. We used the umbrellas, beach chairs and cart every day. 2 minute drive to coffee, shopping and the best grocery store within 10 miles.”

We stayed here for a week with a recent wedding in Kona. This property was excellent! Everything we could have wanted in a place for our family. My grandchildren LOVED the pools and spent several hours at the nearby beach which was beautiful. We were contacted our first morning there by the property manager, Lisette, who was EXCELLENT in her communication with us. This was a wonderful trip for us in a beautiful, well-maintained property. We enjoyed our time here and would certainly recommend this to anyone.
